PCL Bitmapped Soft Fonts
| These four PCL font sets are collections of bitmapped LaserJet soft fonts. These fonts come in PCL format (PCL Level 5). PCL fonts can be used with Unix, DOS, AS/400, and occasionally Windows operating systems. PCL fonts are stored on your computer system hard disk and must be sent to your printer each time you want to use them. | Once these PCL fonts are sent to the printer, they will stay in printer RAM until power is turned off. To print something with these fonts, you: 1) send a PCL font selection command to your printer (we supply these command sequences in our documentation). 2) send data to the printer. 3) send a PCL command to your printer, switching it back to the normal font. |
Fixed Width FontsThis set includes 15 fixed width or mono spaced Letter Gothic soft fonts for HP LaserJet or compatible printers. These fonts are perfect for spread sheets, screen shots, tables, computer source listings, or any place that you want to be able to align text up easily. You get fonts in: 4/37.5, 5/30, 6/25, 6/23, 8/21, 8/20, 8/18.7, 8.5/16.7, 10/15, 10/14, 10/13, 12/12, 12/11, 12/10, and 16/8 (points/pitch). Each font contains the PC-8 line draw character set.

Tax Font SetA complete duplication of the old HP Tax Font Cartridge in PCL font format. These fonts will work on any HP LaserJet or compatible printer. You get: Helv 6, 8, Helv bold 8, 10, 12, 14, plus Tax Line Draw. This package will let any LaserJet compatible printer print tax forms acceptable by the IRS. Once these fonts are sent to your printer, there is no difference between them and the old (and discontinued) Tax cartridge.
