When you try out our sample bar code, MICR, or font sets, you will find that several characters from each bar code or MICR font are missing. Our TrueType display fonts usually have the letters "esf" above one vowel in the alphabet. This is intentional. Each of our sample sets lack a few characters or has a watermark to encourage you to buy the full font set. The retail font sets have all of the characters and don't have the watermarks. We guarantee that all of our retail bar code font sets are scanable, that our MICR fonts can be read by your bank, and that the decorative fonts work just as well as the rest of the sample set did.
